Hulk pit bull puppies, if also trained to be elite protection dogs, could fetch up to $55,000 per pup. “Dark Dynasty K9’s is a breeder specializing in protection  dogs . Marlon trains each dog personally from birth, and the dogs live together in a pack “without fences, barriers or physical restrictions.” The dogs are so well trained that they are even permitted to interact with the Grennan’s three-year-old son, Jordan. The biggest dog in the world, as the Guinness World Records 2018 book states, is called Freddy. He broke the previous record and became the tallest dog alive in the world. Freddy is a huge Great Dane, whose height is 1.035 m (3 feet 4.17 inches). This large hound lives in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, together with his owner Claire Stoneman. Claire speaks fondly of her  gigantic pet , saying that she first got him a few weeks earlier than she should have because Freddy had problems with feeding off his mom. The Great Dane was a regular puppy, and there was no indication that he will ever grow so big. Claire definitely did not expect him to become huge, let alone the biggest dog in the world and the Guinness World Record breaker. Except for Freddy, Claire also owns another canine – his sister Fleur, even though she is not anywhere as huge as her brother. Every dog owner can tell you that dogs aren’t with us for nearly long enough. But 30 years is an incredibly long life for a pooch. Maggie, an Australian Kelpie, lived her days on a dairy farm. And for most of her  30 years of life , she stayed in good health. But she suddenly deteriorated over two days and passed away peacefully in her sleep. (Picture Credit: Facebook – 7 News Perth) Unfortunately, Maggie  can’t officially have the title  of world’s oldest dog, as her owner, Brian McLaren, lost her paperwork long ago. Without that paperwork,  there is no independent source of verification  for her age. So she won’t make it into the Guiness Book of World Records. But hopefully  a good, long life  is an even better reward.
